Villa's standard occupancy: 2 - 4pax.
If more than 4 persons is to stay in one Villa, extra charge per person per night 50 euro apply on above quoted rates except during period A.
Our rates iclude:
- Our rates are quoted in euro (€) including VAT and all taxes. Rates are per unit per day.
- Welcome fruit basket, mineral water and wine upon arrival.
- Daily maid service except Sundays.
- Linen change every 2 days.
- Bathrobes, slippers, towels, beach towels, luxurious toiletries and fresh flowers.
- Private parking lot at your Villa. Security service around the clock.
Payment Terms
- 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.
- Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- All reservations can be cancelled 30 days before arrival date except during period D when 45 days are needed.
- Cancellation received less than 30/45 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date, 75% cancellation fee.
- For Non-Show, 100% cancellation fee.
SK place will ensure that each cancellation will be dealt with flexibility and goodwill.
Various
- Electricity, water, air-condition, full maintenance service, maid service and cleaning 6 mornings a week are included.
- Minimum stay 7 nights. During period from 13/04 - 19/10.
- Winter weekends are available
- Check-In: 14.00 hrs (subject to availability)
- Check-Out: 12.00 hrs noon. Prolonged check-out is subject to availability
